How can we help?

Answers to the common questions, and a person on the other end of info@clad-ventures.com for everything else.

My sleep isn't showing up

Bloom reads sleep from Apple Health, so it needs your tracker to save sleep there first.

  1. Open the Health app and check that last night's sleep is under Browse → Sleep.
  2. In the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps (or Data Access & Devices), then Bloom, and turn on Sleep.
  3. Open Bloom. New nights usually arrive within a few minutes of your tracker syncing.

Why didn't my flower grow?

Flowers grow while you sleep, but only if you watered them before bed. Each night your tracker records moves a watered plant a stage closer to blooming, and rare flowers take two nights a stage. Make sure last night's sleep reached Apple Health (see above).

Friends and gifts

  • Friends need a Bloom account: sign in with Apple or Google from the Friends screen.
  • Find friends by username, or share your invite code.
  • You can send a gift (a drop of water and a petal) to up to 10 friends a day, and each friend can receive a few gifts a day.
  • To stop seeing someone, open their page and choose Remove friend or Block. You can also Report anyone who's being unkind.

Deleting your account

Open Settings in Bloom and tap Delete account in the Account section. This removes your account and friends data from our servers. Your garden and sleep stay on your iPhone until you delete the app.
