Sleep
Wear your Apple Watch, or any tracker that shares sleep with Apple Health. Bloom reads last night's sleep and nothing else.
Bloom is a little garden that grows while you sleep. Every night your tracker records brings water and petals, and the flowers you water before bed bloom by morning.
For iPhone · Works with Apple Health
Sleep the way you already do, and wake up to see what grew.

Every night of two hours or more earns water and petals. Better sleep earns more, and so does a steady bedtime.

Plant seeds and water them before bed. Night by night they grow, from seed to sprout to bud to bloom.
Each morning Bloom shows what your sleep grew: how long you slept, your sleep score, what you earned, and which flowers bloomed overnight.
Insights turns your last 7 or 30 nights into charts you can actually read.
Streaks
Every night of four hours or more adds to your streak, and milestones pay out extra water and petals.
